SHIPPING + ORDERING

ORDER PROCESS

  • All orders will take 1 to 2 business days to process before shipping.
  • Orders received after 3pm will be processed on the next business day.
  • Our business days are from Monday to Sunday, excluding public holidays.
  • A call/text will be made/sent to arrange for a suitable timing before we deliver the item.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
  • You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
  • We do not do international delivery and only do local delivery in Singapore.

ORDER CANCELLATION / AMENDMENT

  • As our payment merchants do not refund us any transaction fees for any refunded orders, all orders made are final. 
  • Cancellation and amendment of orders cannot be done once payment is processed.

PAYMENT METHODS

  • We accept Mastercard, Visa and hoolah on our web store.
  • By using hoolah, you acknowledge and agree that hoolah SG or hoolah Factor may, without our notice or consent, appoint third-party debt collection agencies in relation to the collection and enforcement of any outstanding amounts owed by you to hoolah SG or hoolah Factor (as applicable).

RETURNS + REFUNDS

RETURN POLICY

  • All purchases made on ebike.sg are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery and up to our discretion.
  • Replacement for the same item is dependent on our stock availability.
  • In an event if the same item is unavailable, a refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
  • To complete your refund, we require the receipt that was issued upon delivery.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at enquiry@ebike.sg.

TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT

  • To return the item, please send it to 115A Commonwealth Drive #01-03/04 Singapore 149596.
  • You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item nor will are we responsible for it.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own transportation or shipping costs for returning your item.

ACCIDENTS 

ebike.sg is not liable for any accidents and will not be able to offer any refunds or exchanges in these situations. 

DISCOLORATION/TARNISHING

  • We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
  • We will not be liable for any discoloration or tarnishing of the item after purchase has been made and used.

 BREAKING

  • We will not be liable for any broken or damaged parts from personal mishandling or wear and tear. 

STORAGE

  • We will not be liable for any broken or damaged parts due to improper storage. 

REPAIR

  • We provide complimentary repair for our products due to manufacturer defects or workmanship. If any parts of the product is damaged and require fixing, please call us at 6100 9001 to book an appointment.
  • All repair works are subjected to the product’s condition.
  • All products come with a 1-year warranty. Warranty starts on the day you receive the product.
  • Any transportation and/or delivery fees will have to be borne by your good self.
